  3. Several small but debilitating bugs have been corrected in this update.  Most importantly, Reagan's Watching now checks for _SndPlay and 32-bit QD traps, and will not run if the system is immature.

  5. Also, the size of Reagan's Watching has been cut in half to facilitate distribution on bulletin boards.  I call the pint-sized version ╥Hank.╙ 
  6.  
  7. Those registering with Tao Jones Software will receive the official, sonically-robust version of the software.  I call that version ╥Gertrude.╙
